1. Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for:

  • Unused, unopened toys
  • Original packaging intact
  • Proof of purchase included

2. How to Return

  1. Request Authorization: Log in to your account at lunartoysshop.com
  2. Package Safely: Use original packaging with all protective materials
  3. Attach Label: Include the prepaid return label (US only)
  4. Drop Off: At any UPS/FedEx location

3. Refund Process

  • Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund issued to original payment method
  • Shipping costs non-refundable (except for defective items)

4. Exchanges

• Size/Color: Subject to availability
• Damaged Items: Free replacement shipped immediately
